Littlemill distillery, a candidate for the oldest in Scotland (records from the mid-18th-century are sketchy at best), did well to survive the decimation that closed a great deal of distilleries - including many of its neighbours - in the 1980s. Having closed for a while, it reopened in 1988, and things looked relatively bright for this well-regarded Lowland. But its stills fell silent in 1994, and despite being sold on to Loch Lomond distillers, a fire in 2004 sealed its fate.
A rare limited edition bottling of Littlemill distilled 1990 and released in 2019 . Bottle no. 496 of 600.
N.B. - Please note the condition of the labels and packaging and also the fill levels of any bottle before bidding.
