Though no longer independently-owned, having been bought by Rémy Cointreau in 2012, Bruichladdich continues to push the boundaries of single malt Scotch whisky more than most others in the industry.
The Octomore bottlings from Bruichladdich push peating levels to the maximum and produce the smokiest whisky in the world by a considerable margin.
The Octomore 07.3 malt was peated to 169ppm and was matured in American oak and was then married to casks from the Spanish wine growing region of Ribera del Duero.
N.B. - Please note the condition of the labels and packaging and also the fill levels of any bottle before bidding.
