Tobermory distillery is situated on the Island of Mull, off the West Coast of Scotland. The distillery has two expressions, Ledaig, the peated expression and Tobermory the unpeated. The bay where the town sits is renowned as one of the safest natural harbours in the Hebrides, and accordingly was named “Ledaig”, Gaelic for “safe haven” and the original name of the distillery when it was founded in 1798.
